The following shall apply as a legally binding addendum to the contract made between [First Party's Name] and [Second Party's Name] on [Date of agreement].
All and any party may at any given point in time or upon occasion request, of the other to provide and deliver any necessary conveyance or instrument that is appropriate and necessary to execute the terms of the contractual agreement. If request is made and failure to do so or to refuse to do so, than the other party may act as power of attorney or reserve the authority to execute and deliver such conveyance or instrument.
